A 10 inch peppermill made from Ambrosia maple. Ambrosia maple is a little more tan in color than regular maple and will sometimes have darker streaks in it due to the Ambrosia beetle that burrows its way through the wood. It has been finished with several coats of high gloss polyurethane and has a stainless steel mechanism to provide many years of trouble free use.
